Luxembourg is in the spotlight these days because so many multinationals shift their taxable profits there to avoid taxes elsewhere. LuxLeaks helps us to understand how firms use the Grand Duchy as a hub for aggressive tax planning. In some of the leaked tax files, though, there is a central role for the Netherlands.
